Asian Drug Dealer 'Starkcake' Sentenced to 18 Years for £4M Cocaine and Heroin Operation
Heemal Vaid, 49, orchestrated the import and distribution of over £4 million worth of cocaine and heroin using the encrypted EncroChat network. Identified through Operation Venetic, Vaid's messages revealed his role in importing 96 kg of cocaine from Brazil and arranging weekly shipments from the Netherlands. He was arrested in April 2024 and has now been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
