The loan approval process has been a tedious process, the E-LAP system is trying to reduce the complexity of the loan approval process. Customers must sign in to complete a loan application form online with all the details and submit the form. The loan department then processed the submitted form then send an E-LAP acknowledgment email to the requested customer with details about the list of documents required through the loan approval process, the approaching customer can upload a file for transcribed copies of all required documents. All of these interactions between customers and the bank happen using the E-LAP system.
