Til Gur Halwa (Sesame and Jaggery Pudding)
A hearty dessert that combines the nutty flavor of sesame with the sweetness of jaggery.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup jaggery
1 cup milk
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Instructions:

Dry roast sesame seeds and grind them coarsely.
Heat ghee in a pan, add the sesame powder, and sauté briefly.
Add milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
Stir in jaggery and cook until it dissolves. Garnish with nuts before serving.
